After a few months off, we're back! The word that came out of the random word generator this week for What the Doodle? was RICOCHET. Here's what the FableVision crew came up with.
Perfect timing! My 2nd graders are so excited to participate in their own WTD verison, called Junior Doodle. They completed and shared their first doodles on Friday for their random word, "storm" (they had a week to plan and create). You have definitely inspired them!! I can't wait to show them your work on Monday!!
Follow up - showed Ricochet WTD on Monday. 100 percent of 2nd graders did not know what the word meant. On Friday, I heard a 2nd grader using the word rocochet appropriately in her casual conversation! Awesome!!
